Reservation Policy: We require 1st night’s payment as deposit to guarantee the reservations. Once we receive your booking request, your credit/debit card will be charged. If the transaction fails to go through (lack of funds, international bank imposed security measures etc.), an email notifying about the issue and requesting an alternative card details will be sent to the provided address. A failure to respond to said email will result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled at least 2 days prior to the arrival date, a fee of $25 applies. The rest will be refunded back to the original debit/credit card used for the booking. If cancelled within 2 days of the arrival date or in case of no show, the deposit (1st night's payment taken at the time of booking) is non-refundable.
