Reservation Policy:
A deposit equal to 1st night's cost will be charged at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservation must be cancelled by 3 pm EST 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid 1 night room and tax penalty.

Please note, air conditioning is seasonal and only available from 1st May until 15th of October.
